Welcome to DNA Card Vault ("DNA Card Vault," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use DNA Card Vault. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
DNA Card Vault is a tool for tracking, organizing, and analyzing trading card game (TCG) collections, including estimated market values, grading analysis, and community features. We provide information and estimates to help you make your own decisions.
DNA Card Vault is not a financial advisor, broker, or dealer. All prices, market values, Vault Scores, Vault Picks, Buy Radar entries, grading profit estimates, and market commentary are informational estimates only, derived from third-party data and algorithms that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Trading cards are collectibles whose value can rise or fall, and past performance does not predict future results. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any item. You are solely responsible for your own collecting and purchasing decisions. Always do your own research.
You retain ownership of the content you submit — collection data, photos, posts, and comments ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content to community features, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service for the purpose of operating it. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Some features require a paid membership ("Vault Pro"). You can subscribe by card or PayPal through our payment processors, or through Patreon. The price, billing period, and any free trial are shown before you confirm, and we email you a receipt for every charge.
Vault Pro is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged each time, until you cancel. The renewal amount is the then-current price for your plan, and the billing period is the one shown at checkout (for example, monthly). You authorize us and our payment processors to store your payment method and charge it on that schedule.
If your plan includes a free trial, we collect your payment method up front but do not charge it during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically and your payment method is charged. The trial length is shown before you confirm. Free trials are limited to one per person or account.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Membership in the app, with no phone call, email, or retention process required. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account reverts to the free tier. Your collection data is not deleted when your membership ends.
If you subscribed through Patreon, cancel through Patreon; if you subscribed through PayPal, you may also cancel from your PayPal account. Cancelling at the processor and cancelling in the app have the same effect on your access.
Payments are for the billing period in which they are made and are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods after you cancel — you keep access for the rest of that period instead. We will refund a charge where we are required to by law, and we may refund at our discretion, for example a duplicate charge, a renewal you contact us about promptly and have not used, or a billing error on our side. To ask for a refund, contact us using the details in section 11.
Nothing here limits any statutory cancellation or refund right you have under the consumer law of your country or state.
We may change the price of a membership. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects you, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before that renewal.
If a payment fails, our processor may retry it over a short period. If it keeps failing we may suspend Pro access and downgrade the account to the free tier. You can restore access by updating your payment method and subscribing again.
Membership perks may be added, changed, or removed over time as the Service develops. We will not remove a feature that is the main reason a plan exists without notice, but the specific tools included in Pro are not guaranteed to stay the same. Giveaways and any reward or coin systems are provided for engagement and entertainment and have no cash value — see section 6a. Paying for a membership never buys Vault Coins, pack opens, or giveaway odds.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for a charge you authorized may result in your account being suspended.
Vault Coins are a virtual in-app currency with no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, traded, transferred between accounts, or withdrawn, and they have no value outside the Service. Coins may be earned for free (through achievements and membership) or, where offered, purchased; no purchase is ever necessary to obtain coins or to participate.
Vault Rips let you spend Vault Coins to open a virtual pack for a randomized reward. You must be 18 or older to open a pack. The odds for each possible outcome are published on the open screen; every open returns a reward (coins or a prize), and a marquee prize is guaranteed within the number of opens shown. All opens are final — coins spent are not refundable, and outcomes are determined by us on our servers.
Non-coin prizes (such as a free membership month) are fulfilled by us after the win and may require you to provide information to receive them. Rewards and entries are void if obtained through fraud, automation, exploits, multiple/duplicate accounts, chargebacks, or any violation of these Terms, or where prohibited by law. We may modify pack odds, prizes, costs, and the coin economy at any time, and may correct balances or reverse rewards granted in error.
Giveaways: member giveaways and other giveaways are sweepstakes offered for engagement, not gambling. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win — a free method of entry is always available, and paid membership does not improve your odds beyond the entry it includes. Giveaways are void where prohibited, open only to eligible participants, and subject to any additional rules posted with the giveaway. Vault Coins, prizes, giveaway entries, and rewards have no cash value.
The Service relies on third-party data and platforms (including pricing sources, card catalogs, and authentication providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of these third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNA Card Vault and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or collection value, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.
We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
